The report show High Bid / Low Ask pairs for each metal for each of the time periods. The absence of any data indicates no activity for that metal during that period. Hover over the icon to view more detailed information about each high/low pair :

To view data for a different business day, use the calendar control to select the settlement date to view high/low prices for, or alternatively type the date in directly, using the text boxes provided, and click the button.

The report can be printed using the Print Report >> link.
